This week, with the help from Alice, I started building another version of cloud band using Houdini. I am not confident in using Houdini like maya, but the result turns out to be more photo realistic. And there is more control of the shape comparing to maya.
another feed back that Alice gave is the design of the whale. She took time to understand the background and the design intention of the whale, then gave me feedback. To further emphasize the two dimensional side of the whale design, I tried to incorporate sea element assets on to the whale to show the fantasy side of the whale.
